Sara C. Motta

Sara C. Motta is a mother, critical theorist, poet and popular educator, and currently Professor in Politics, Politics Discipline, at the University of Newcastle, NSW Australia. She has published extensively in academic and activists journals covering the topics of decolonial feminism, an other politics, emancipatory pedagogies and prefigurative epistemologies. Her latest books include (with Mike Cole) Constructing 21st Century Socialism in Latin America: The Role of Radical Education (Palgrave Macmillan 2014) and Liminal Subjects: Weaving (our) Liberation (Rowman & Littlefield 2018).
