Making A Purchase
Browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment by Visa or MasterCard. If you are shopping from outside the UK, your credit card company will convert the transaction from sterling to your own currency.

We do not charge for any item, current stock or backordered, until it is ready to despatch.

Shipping And Handling
For customers in the UK we charge £2.00 per title post and packing. Your order is sent by second class post or, for larger orders, by parcel post.

For customers outside the UK we charge £4.00 per title post and packing. Your order is sent by air mail. For more information mail order customers should contact us using landw@btinternet.com.

Delivery Schedule
If the title you order is in stock we will despatch in 1-2 days, if it needs to be ordered from the warehouse it will be despatched in 5-7 days. UK delivery time is 1-2 days, Europe 3-5 days, Rest of the World 5-7 days.

Back Orders
If the title is not in stock, we will back order for you. We will record your order and e-mail you when it becomes available requesting payment if it is still required. You are not obliged to purchase such items when they do become available.

Guarantee
Any goods we supply that you discover you do not want for any reason can be returned for a refund provided:

Returns are made within 28 days

The purchaser pays for the cost of returning the goods

The goods are returned in good condition and are resaleable

Any item that is supplied damaged or faulty will be replaced free of charge but we may ask the purchaser to return the copies before replacing them.
