Barry Clarke is a solicitor with Russell Jones & Walker, where he specialises in employment law and discrimination law, both areas of practice which are increasingly influenced by human rights considerations. He specialised in the theory of human rights for his master's degree and currently sits on the Law Society's international human rights committee
